Artificial Intelligence infrastructure

The use of computer science programming to imitate human thought and action by analysis of data and environments, problem-solving or anticipating, and learning or learning to adapt itself to a range of tasks in artificial intelligence, AI.

The formal agreement is a memorandum of understanding (MOU or MoU). The MOUs can be used by companies and organizations to establish public partnerships. Memoranda of understanding are not legally binding but are more serious and have mutual respect than a gentleman’s agreement.

A Chinese company signed with authorities from Ethiopia a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on the implementation of a National Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure (NAIF) in Ethiopia.

On Friday evening, ENAs announced the MoU was signed by Sisay Tola, Ethiopia’s Minister of Innovation and Technology, Chen Kuan, the founder and CEO of the Chinese company Infervision Technology Corporation, Addis Abeba, in Ethiopia’s capital.

Ethiopia hopes to strengthen the technological capacities of its education, health care, and medical services through its partnership with Infravision.

Ethiopia hopes that the collaboration will also promote the exchange of ideas and investment opportunities of companies in the two countries in different sectors: oil, textile, agriculture, building and IT.

Many ICT agreements have recently been signed between Ethiopia and China as it tries to modernize its predominantly agricultural economy. On Monday, Alibaba Group and Ethiopia, Chinese E-commerce Motorist, signed an MoU to set up the eWTP.

This MoU Agreement would allow Ethiopia an entrance to Africa to globalization through e-commerce platforms, encouraging the entire continent to capture virtual economic opportunities.

In 2016, Jack Ma, Alibaba’s chairman, announced the eWTP. It aims to establish an open platform for private companies and coordinate the development of SMEs, as well as trade among international organizations, governments, and social groups.

The MoU documents cover eWTP, the electronic capacity creation and the establishment of a robust digital platform.
