The industry has been changing, from manufacturing to consumption to the quality adherence and the technological incentives and the innovations that have been a part of this developmental curve to recalcitrant the previous minuscule cycle of development and irrelevance. Dr. Eija Kaasinen is from technical research Centre VTT and has said that the aim for this study is to put people in charge of their changing working environments and have a continuous feedback loop which is controlled and compensated by the people who are being directly and immediately affected by the changing technology in their working spheres.
